About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Director of Content Strategy to help lead this transformation.
This is not a traditional programming role.
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for turning ideas into scalable, monetizable content across multiple markets and platforms.
You will work directly with executive leadership to build the systems, structure, and execution engine behind our content strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years in media, audio, or content strategy
• Strong background in: o Radio, digital media, or content development
• Proven ability to: o Build formats, shows, or content systems o Execute across multiple markets or platforms
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and execution-driven

Responsibilities

• Translate Vision into Execution
• Turn high-level ideas into: o Playbooks o Content frameworks o Launch plans
• Drive initiatives from concept to rollout across markets
• Build Scalable Content Systems
• Develop repeatable formats and processes
• Standardize execution across stations and markets
• Improve speed and efficiency of content deployment
• Partner with Sales to Drive Revenue
• Package content into sellable products
• Support key client pitches and integrated opportunities
• Align content strategy with revenue generation
• Lead Cross-Functional Alignment
• Connect and align: o Brand Managers o Sales o Digital o Marketing
• Ensure consistency and eliminate silos
• Drive Content Innovation
• Lead development of: o New show formats o Branded content o AI-driven concepts o Mobile and experiential platforms
• Own Content Planning
• Build and manage: o Content calendars o Promotional strategies o Tentpole programming
