The Senior Director, Compensation & Global Mobility will report to the VP, Compensation and serve as a strategic partner to the Newsroom and the Masthead of The Times, supporting all global editorial and journalistic functions. This role is responsible for driving the strategic design, operational excellence, and holistic governance of all compensation programs for the Newsroom, Opinion, and Wirecutter at The New York Times. In addition to a newsroom-specific compensation strategy, you will lead the Global Mobility function, managing a team of four to support all international transfers and expatriates.
