We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Commercial Sales, to join our Sales Leadership team. Hybrid in Dallas, TX In this role, you will be an essential member of our Sales leadership team. You will report to the Americas VP of Sales directly and be responsible for coaching and development of a team of Commercial Sales Directors selling Semperis software solutions in their respective territories. Emphasis will be placed upon generating net new ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) according to company goals established. This person should have experience in the enterprise software industry and start-up sales leadership of building within the corresponding territory.
