As Senior Director, Commercial Management, you'll be at the forefront of our goal to double our data center footprint and enterprise value from $100B to $200B by 2030, a transformative expansion, leading the charge on major construction projects that power the digital economy. Requirements

  • Deep expertise in data center construction, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget, leveraging your deep preconstruction and estimating background in the data center business.
  • Visionary leadership and a passion for developing teams and driving organizational growth.
  • RICS accreditation and a bachelor's degree in construction, business, finance, or a related field are preferred, with experience in data center pre-construction and estimating required.
  • 15+ years of professional experience ideally in data center system design and construction and costing preferred

  • Master's degree in construction, business, financial or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of major construction projects, from initial planning to financial close-out, ensuring every milestone is met with precision and purpose.
  • Drive commercial strategy, including budgeting, cost modeling, benchmarking, and value engineering, to maximize ROI and deliver best-in-class results.
  • Guide procurement and contracting, setting the tone for robust vendor relationships and airtight agreements.
  • Lead risk management initiatives, embedding a culture of proactive audit, compliance, and contingency planning.
  • Report directly to senior leadership, sharing insights, successes, and challenges that shape the company's future direction.
