About The Position

Strategic financial partner to the Commercial Leadership Team, leading the
Commercial FP&A team and reporting to the VP, Commercial Finance.

The Senior Director, Commercial FP&A is a senior financial leader responsible
for leading the financial planning, reporting, and analysis function in
partnership with the Commercial organization. This person will lead and develop
a team of finance business partners with best-in-class tools and processes to
efficiently support commercial teams with managing budgets and driving value for
the company.

The role will have a team of four (2 Associate Directors, 1 Manager, and 1
Manager/Sr. Analyst/Analyst to be hired) and will work closely with the key
Commercial functions across the Psychiatry/Addiction and Sleep Medicine business
units, including: Sales; Marketing; Commercial Operations; Market Access;
Patient Services; and Data, Analytics and Insights.

This position is being considered for Waltham, Massachusetts working a weekly
hybrid office schedule.
