About The Position

We're looking for a Sr. Manager, FP&A to join our expanding team and act as the dedicated financial partner for our Commercial teams. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will be the key driver behind the financial health and strategic direction of our rapidly growing Measurement business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that offers broad exposure across the entire business cycle, giving you the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the business.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, preferably within the Technology or SaaS industry.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and proven experience owning the budget, forecast, and financial performance analysis cycle, specifically with revenue forecasting and analysis.
Demonstrated Business Acumen and Operational Analysis Skills: A track record of translating complex financial results into actionable operational insights for commercial and product leaders.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets.
Technical Data Proficiency: Direct experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or extracting and analyzing data from data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, SQL databases).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex financial data to non-financial business partners and executive leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
