Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Portland Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Portland office up to 5 days a week. We are seeking a Portland-based Client Partner to join our team, supporting our retail and consumer products accounts. The main responsibilities of a Client Partner are growing Slalom's business at the designated account(s), developing, maintaining and expanding client relationships, , delivering solutions, leading/coaching teams, driving sales, and account management. You will be responsible for growing the client account, including revenue, margin, and customers across all geographies.

Requirements

  • Retail and Consumer Goods experience required.
  • Experience growing and leading accounts in the consulting industry required.
  • Retail and Consumer Goods experience required.
  • Experience in developing client relationships at all levels of an organization and deepening them over time
  • Proven experience with complex account management, navigating large, enterprise organizations
  • 15+ years' experience managing teams through all lifecycles of a project including experience working in an IT service or consulting firm managing a large account or multiple accounts
  • Experience delivering as a consultant, bringing a balance of large-scale transformational programs and individual contributor experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategies to develop business within existing and new clients
  • Partner with clients to solve problems and bring value beyond the current projects
  • Build and manage a $12.5M+ portfolio
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Orchestrate and build pursuit teams to solve clients' business problems, lead teams through deal close with a high degree of collaboration and motivation
  • Lead engagements and project teams, delivering complex solutions
  • Contribute to project delivery
  • Collaborate with other Client Partners, Sales team members and practitioners to develop and deliver business

  • Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $189,000 to $275,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
