Position Description Oversees strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and leading initiatives that drive retention, growth, and engagement across assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field and seven years of experience in client-facing account management, business development, or relationship management.
• Will accept a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Position requires the ability to influence senior executives and drive measurable growth across complex or multiple client accounts
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead discussions with executives and decision-makers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience within healthcare, managed care, or a related industry is preferred.
• Experience with Government Programs (Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or related contracts) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and expands strategic client partnerships by engaging executives, cultivating long-term trust, and uncovering opportunities to grow services and offerings.
• Represents the company externally at conferences, industry events, client meetings, and other networking opportunities, acting as a visible and credible ambassador for our brand.
• Drives account retention and financial performance by aligning client goals with innovative solutions and demonstrating measurable value.
• Presents insights, data, and recommendations persuasively to highlight impact, including product innovation, enhanced benefits, and cost savings.
• Owns the full client experience, proactively anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and positioning the company as a strategic partner.
• Shapes account strategies and advise clients on market trends, innovative benefit approaches, and value-added services.
• Collaborates and guides internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client objectives while maintaining focus on strategic relationship leadership.
• Supports new business development efforts including RFP responses, presentations, and opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
