Senior Director, Business Intelligence
About The Position
Valet Living is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Business Intelligence to elevate how data informs decision-making across our commercial organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, this role blends enterprise-level strategy with execution, building the analytics foundation that powers growth, performance optimization, and operational scale. If you’re a data leader who thrives on turning complex data into clear direction, building high-performing analytics teams, and influencing senior leaders with insight not noise, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful, enterprise-wide impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Commercial Operations.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proven success supporting revenue-generating functions such as Sales, Marketing, or RevOps.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions.
- Deep expertise with BI tools and modern data environments.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into insights that influence senior leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make data accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Highly collaborative leader with strong prioritization skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or data-rich environments preferred.
- Experience with forecasting, statistical modeling, or advanced analytics is a plus.
