About The Position

The Senior Director of Brand Strategy will define, own, and evolve Cato Networks’ global brand strategy and identity. This leader is responsible for shaping how Cato shows up in the market and ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across every touchpoint.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative, or design leadership
• Proven experience building and scaling a B2B brand
• Strong strategic thinking combined with creative judgment
• Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional leaders

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cybersecurity a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Cato’s brand strategy, narrative, and positioning
• Own brand architecture, visual identity, and messaging frameworks
• Elevate creative quality and design standards across marketing
• Lead and develop brand, design, and creative teams
• Partner with PMM, Demand, and Digital to ensure brand consistency in execution
• Establish brand guidelines, governance, and guardrails
