About The Position

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! What will I be doing? As a Senior Director, Brand Manager, Outset Collection, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Lifestyle Brand Management team reporting to the Vice President, Brand Leader, Outset Collection & Tapestry Collection, you will implement strategies and tactics to progress key brand performance indicators, priorities, and initiatives, and support category and enterprise-level work streams. Your responsibilities will also include: Develop short and long-term strategies for the brand, and lead project plans against these strategies within a matrixed organization Partner with Development to evaluate and win potential deals Establish awareness and understanding of the Collection globally across Hilton teams Lead in driving performance against the top Key Performance Indicators Represent as spokesperson of the Brand as needed in pitches, media events, Grand Openings, and Owner Advisory Council meetings Ensure hotels joining the Collection have a meaningful a story and experience to share – working with Design, F&B, Marketing and Openings to ensure each hotel's story is developed Own select Lifestyle Division and select category/enterprise initiatives How you will collaborate with others: Develop presentations and communications materials for delivery to owners and Team Members Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Brand Performance Support teams to execute brand commercial plans Partner with Brand Personality and Communications to amplify messages and priorities to hotel teams Coordinate escalations with, and provide support to, Brand Standards, Quality Assurance, PIP, Openings, Hotel Leaders Support, and Owner Relations teams Partner with Development and AD&C to secure new hotel deals What initiatives you will take ownership of: Further efforts to build the Collection including but not limited to internal and external communications, training resources, and guides, and in the future potentially supporting efforts to regionalize the Collection Conduct routine touchpoints with hotel leaders including execution of quarterly Town Halls Ensure a successful ramp for early Outset Collection properties Manage process of annual updates to the design website and branding guide Manage quarterly updates of development marketing materials Manage monthly brand health updates compiling commercial, guest experience, and development metrics What are we looking for? Requirements

  • Eight (8) or more years of professional experience
  • Four (4) years of experience leading large projects with multiple partners in a matrixed organization
  • Three (3) years of experience at the Director level
  • Experience assisting with the development of new strategies, building business cases, gaining internal and external support, and driving implementation
  • Experience building content for presentations and presenting in front of internal and external audiences
  • Travel up to 40-50% of the time, both domestic and international

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years of hospitality experience
  • Two (2) years of experience developing annual plans, corporate budgets, narratives, project planning, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprises
  • Two (2) years of experience working in a brand management or brand/franchise benchmarking
  • Experience analyzing data, conducting market assessments and competitive benchmarking
