The Senior Director of Clinical Services, Behavioral Health, oversees clinical supervision and support for all residential programs, ensuring client-centered, high-quality care. This role establishes performance standards, ensures compliance with regulatory bodies, and supervises clinical leadership to meet organizational and client needs effectively. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and clinical licensure are required.
  • Minimum of four years of experience providing therapeutic services to populations impacted by addiction.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in conducting individual and group counseling, completing assessments, developing resources, and maintaining client records.
  • CPR and first aid certification must be obtained within 60 days of position start and must be maintained.
  • A valid Driver’s License and proof of individual automobile insurance is required in addition to a driving record that is in compliance with Volunteers of America only if the employee is assigned to transport program, participants, or any other type of activity that mandates driving

  • Masters is strongly preferred.
