This role is designed for an enterprise sales professional who thrives on building new business. As Senior Director or AVP of Business Development, you will own net-new revenue growth for a defined territory and/or solution portfolio with success measured primarily by new logo acquisition. This role offers a performance-driven compensation structure designed to reward those who create new revenue. Incentives are weighted toward first-year contract value from new clients with significant upside for exceeding targets.
