As the Senior Director, Advertising Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in Marriott’s future by driving the development and execution of advertising technology and product strategy. The Senior Director, Advertising Solutions will own the ad tech ecosystem and product roadmap for Marriott. This includes driving the strategic direction of the ad tech ecosystem while partnering with external agencies, consultants, technology partners, and key internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and scale innovative solutions. The role will manage highly visible key strategic initiatives, project manage multiple teams and timelines, and present regularly to the executive steering committee. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a complex environment. You are an excellent communicator and leader that will inspire the advertising product and tech strategy, incorporating customer insights and Marriott’s unique value. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem, digital marketing, and evolving advertising landscape.
