Libra Industries is seeking a senior, commercially focused Senior Director, Account Management to lead and materially elevate the commercial execution of assigned strategic customer relationships, while also supporting enterprise-wide contract negotiation and commercial governance. This role will report directly to the Vice President, General Manager or the site and will serve as the primary commercial leader for a portfolio of complex, high-expectation customer relationships operating in high-complexity manufacturing environments. The role is intentionally designed to strengthen discipline around costing, pricing, cost reduction, operational efficiency, customer performance, and profitability optimization. In addition to direct account leadership, the Senior Director, Account Management will partner closely with the executive leadership team to support contract negotiations, contract management, and commercial standards across the broader business. This is an on-site leadership role based in the Dayton, Ohio area and requires regular domestic and international travel.
