You'll collaborate across divisions to create integrated solutions that help customers accelerate research, solve complex challenges, and improve patient outcomes. You'll build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers, develop comprehensive sales strategies, and ensure strong alignment between customer needs and our offerings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred (business, science, or related field)
  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue targets and driving sustainable business growth
  • Strong understanding of pharma, biotech, and academic industry dynamics and customer needs
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing commercial and account management teams
  • Ability to develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies and annual operating plans, including budget and quota design
  • Experience in strategic forecasting, pipeline development, and funnel management
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining senior-level customer relationships
  • Experience developing and implementing effective commercial strategies that expand market share
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel up to 40–50%
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop commercial talent
