About The Position

The Senior Direct Note Pricing Specialist is responsible for creating the Daily Direct Note Rate Sheet, updating monthly variable rates, and processing Direct Note Rate pricing adjustments on Association loans. Processes fees related to Direct Note Rate pricing, including upfront fees, make-whole fees, MTM prepayment penalty fees, etc. Facilitates special pricing requests, including link loan pricing, Mark-to-Market pricing, and C2P pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related Business field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or banking operations.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, and customized software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Thorough understanding of loan pricing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze routine problems and recommend solutions.
• Close attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Produce and publish the Daily Direct Note Rate Sheet and monthly variable rates.
• Process all Direct Note Rate related requests submitted on SharePoint.
• Administer the mark-to-market (MTM) prepayment penalties program, including coding loans, reviewing reports, and calculating fees.
• Manage link loan programs: coding, rate adjustments, monitoring activity, reporting, and processing journal entries.
• Maintain Tax Authorities and Insurance Companies in the loan systems for escrow processing.
• Provide backup for daily/monthly loan system production tasks.
• Deliver operational and technical support to the Customer Support Center and Associations.
