Our Digital Consulting Enablement Team helps organizations turn digital investments into meaningful business outcomes. Our team partners with clients to lead complex digital initiatives—aligning strategy, technology, and people to drive adoption, value realization, and lasting impact. Sr. Digital Project Manager CLA is currently seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our growing Digital practice. This leadership role is responsible for owning the development and execution of project proposals and delivery strategies that align with business goals, timelines, methodologies, and staffing requirements. Sr. Digital Project Manager ensures project quality, manages risk, and drives successful outcomes across complex, cross‑functional digital initiatives.

Requirements

4 years of experience working in project management required.
Bachelor's degree required. (Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.)

Nice To Haves

Experience with IS&T-oriented projects, such as data integration, dashboard development, or software development preferred.
Project Management Institute certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget in alignment with client’s digital priorities and outcomes.
Develop and manage key detailed project artifacts, such as charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs to drive clarity, accountability, and execution discipline.
Apply and adapt standard project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools to fit project and client needs, ensuring consistency and quality across engagements.
Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including service lines, industry groups, enterprise functions, vendors, and client teams ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate risks or issues to leadership.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and governance, facilitating decision-making forums, managing stakeholders, and driving timely resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
Provide clear, concise, actionable, and consistent updates, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, key decisions and discussion topics.
Proactively manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project performance against financial targets.
Partner with change management and business stakeholders to support user adoption, readiness, and realization of intended business outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance Digital project delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration.
