We’re searching for a motivated Senior Digital Project Manager to join our growing Client team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop and deliver compelling digital experiences for clients in the startup space and beyond. You’re passionate about digital platforms and how they integrate with other brand experiences and can effectively lead projects from concept through execution. Who you are: You have previous experience as a Digital PM or Producer and are an experienced executor of projects across a range of budgets, complexity, and schedules. You understand interconnected workstreams and are able to lead people and processes in a fast-moving creative environment. You love being at the center of creating and building things. You have a sharp knowledge of the digital media landscape, technology, and digital production processes and will drive forward creative work on behalf of clients across industries. You’re a digital adviser. You’re a client advocate internally and enjoy working with creatives to produce best in class work. You will educate and inform clients and colleagues alike on digital best practices. You’ll have a deep understanding of current tools, platforms, and technologies, but also keep abreast of emerging trends within digital and social media. You’re constantly identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. You’re organized, smart and tenacious- you can easily lead client conversations and speak to key aspects of project execution- especially budget, timing, resourcing- and provide strategic direction related to digital deliverables, and technical and production requirements. Nuts and bolts: You have 6-8 years of digital project experience within a creative agency. You are proficient at developing scopes and project plans that best meet the needs of the work and creative teams. You have an excellent track record of launching sites, products, and integrated/digital campaigns on time and on budget. You have managed all aspects of delivering digital programs with multiple types of deliverables. You’re a creative problem solver with sharp attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
