About The Position

Trojan Storage is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven marketing across our portfolio. This role is highly analytical, metrics-focused, and accountable for driving qualified leads, conversions, and revenue growth while maintaining strict control over ROI and profitability. This position reports directly to the President of Trojan Storage and plays a key role in translating marketing performance into clear business decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital performance marketing
  • Strong background in paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive measurable ROI
  • Experience managing and holding agencies accountable
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels and attribution
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data to drive decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize all digital marketing channels including paid search, display, social, and lead aggregators
  • Manage and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and overall marketing efficiency
  • Track and report on cost per lead, cost per move-in, and conversion rates across all channels
  • Continuously evaluate marketing spend against revenue impact and profitability
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting to executive leadership with clear insights and actions
  • Analyze funnel performance from lead → reservation → move-in
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across markets and campaigns
  • Ensure all reporting is accurate, consistent, and decision-oriented (not just data dumps)
  • Improve web and call center conversion rates through testing and optimization
  • Partner with operations and contact center teams to ensure lead handling aligns with marketing efforts
  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and implement solutions
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets across channels based on performance
  • Shift spend dynamically to maximize return and minimize waste
  • Evaluate and test new channels or platforms with a disciplined, ROI-first approach
  • Own relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors
  • Hold partners accountable to performance metrics and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment between internal goals and agency execution
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Revenue Management, and Technology teams
  • Align marketing strategies with pricing, occupancy goals, and market conditions
  • Support broader company initiatives with data-backed marketing insights
