About The Position

The Senior Digital Designer brings our brand to life across primarily digital channels through high-impact design and visual storytelling. In this role, you’ll drive the creative execution of marketing campaigns from concept through completion, producing engaging, on-brand creative that drives awareness and action – particularly across social (paid & organic), landing pages, and email campaigns – for both our consumer and veterinary audiences.  As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a critical role in our visual identity, contributing to the evolution of our design system and ensuring cohesion across platforms marketing leadership, evolve and maintain the brand’s visual identity.

Requirements

  • Strong design skills with an emphasis on digital-first experiences, including paid media, landing pages, and email.
  • Deep understanding of best practices in today’s paid social landscape with experience designing hook-driven layouts, creating templates based on platform behaviors, and iterating quickly based on performance.
  • Experience working within (and evolving) brand systems and design frameworks.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Experience designing and optimizing email templates and campaigns with a “mobile first” mindset in platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Comfortable collaborating with marketing and development teams in a deadline-driven department.
  • Acute attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • BA or BFA in graphic design or equivalent.
  • Five or more years of experience in graphic and digital design.

Nice To Haves

  • Copywriting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • With marketing leadership, evolve and maintain the brand’s visual identity.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in marketing, growth, engineering, and product to create engaging design solutions from concept to completion.
  • Create impactful assets for cross-channel campaigns including emails, landing pages, advertisements (social, search, display), organic social posts, printed assets, and more.
  • Optimize creative for performance marketing, supporting rapid iteration, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on the production and evolution of product materials, from packaging to sales collateral.
  • Ensure assets are on brand, cohesive across campaigns, and aligned with company goals.
  • Communicate the status of projects to ensure stakeholders are well informed; seek and incorporate feedback proactively on projects.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of product offerings, upcoming collaborations, and marketing initiatives.
