Requirements

• 9+ years of diesel technician experience or equivalent technical schooling
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Customer-service oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certifications (preferred)
• Class B CDL (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial fleet vehicles
• Diagnose and repair light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks
• Engine and engine accessory repairs
• Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting on late-model trucks
• Test drive vehicles to identify performance issues
• Inspect and repair brakes, steering, transmissions, and suspension systems
• Use hydraulic jacks and hoists to lift vehicles and heavy components
• Follow inspection checklists and safety procedures
