We are looking for a Senior DevOps Manager to join our growing Product & Technology organization at Hard Rock Digital. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a talented team of DevOps engineers across US-based operations, providing critical leadership coverage during evenings and weekends while driving strategic improvements in work planning, coordination, and execution during standard business hours. You'll oversee the design, scaling, and security of our next-generation gaming and entertainment platforms, managing highly available, compliant, and automated hybrid-cloud infrastructure spanning AWS, on-premises systems, and third-party platforms in regulated environments. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and the ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders across engineering disciplines. You'll set the technical and operational vision for software delivery, infrastructure automation, and reliability---helping define and evolve best practices that shape the foundation of Hard Rock Digital's cloud ecosystem while ensuring seamless 24/7 platform operations through collaboration with our global teams in Poland.
