Senior DevOps Engineer w/ Java & ETL experience (Bilingual-Korean)
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to assist with the maintenance, development, and implementation of one of our Intranet systems. The candidate must have a solid development background across multiple technical disciplines including J2EE web application development, Java client/server development, and Database Development. 9+ years in DevOps, web based related system development including Java experience in developing or maintaining intranet systems. Experienced Java Developer with either knowledge in the following areas; Full J2EE stack, RIA framework, Spring, iBatis/Hibernate/JPA, Java, JDBC, JSP/Servlet, Web Services, JMS, etc. Experience with either applications servers: WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, or Sun One J2EEWAS Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, Java Script, AJAX Experience with Database modeling with RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, Maria DB, Etc.) Experience with RDBMS store procedure & function development Experience with multiple Server Operating System: UNIX, Linux, Windows server platforms.
Requirements
- 9+ years in DevOps, web based related system development including Java experience in developing or maintaining intranet systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related discipline with an information technology focus
- Bilingual (Korean and English) required
Nice To Haves
- API development experiences are plus
- ETL development experience with ETL Tools (Alteryx, Oracle Data Integrator, MS SQL SSIS, etc.) preferred
- BI reporting tool (Tableau, MS Power BI, etc.) development experiences are preferred
- Working with Samsung Global Systems such as Next ERP/GSCM preferred
- Full lifecycle of ETL implementation understanding preferred (analysis, architecture, design, development, data extraction, staging and storage, transformation, presentation, testing, cutover/go-live planning)
