About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable to manage high-volume vendor transactions and ensure accurate and timely payment processing within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role will oversee AP operations, strengthen internal controls, and support month-end close activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–6 years of AP or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• ERP system experience required
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Korean Bilingual required

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Operations
• Oversee full-cycle AP processing
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper coding
• Ensure timely payment processing and vendor reconciliation
• Manage international vendor payments (if applicable)
• Maintain vendor master data and compliance documentation
• Month-End Close Support
• Prepare AP accruals and expense reconciliations
• Assist with closing schedules and account analysis
• Support financial reporting accuracy
• Process & Controls
• Strengthen internal AP controls
• Improve workflow automation within ERP
• Monitor duplicate payments and fraud prevention controls
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain for PO matching
• Work with Finance on cash flow planning
• Support audit requests and documentation
