I'm Jasin Ali, and I'm heading the Trouble Ticketing Platform. As a member of my team, you'll play a key role in maintaining reliability of our on-premises ServiceNow instance - consolidated Trouble Ticketing system that supports Telia's Service Assurance processes across all countries and for all technology domains. As a DevOps Engineer You'll ensure the availability and performance of our production and non-production ServiceNow environments, improve system reliability and delivery speed, and support ongoing innovation. You'll provide operational support, collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, and drive automation to build scalable, resilient systems - all while maintaining high standards for service quality and performance.
