Responsible for the strategy, planning, execution and achievement of a $400,000+ annual fundraising event portfolio. Oversees all aspects of event fundraising, including relationship management, sponsorship acquisition, volunteer leadership recruitment, pipeline development, donor cultivation, stewardship, and participant engagement. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, a high-impact experience, and achievement of financial growth targets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Builds, sustains, and elevates relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers and community partners to ensure revenue goal achievement and foster long-term engagement. 40% Ensures a best-in-class event experience through management of planning, logistics, brand positioning, budgets, and vendor relationships. 20% Creates tailored partner and donor experiences to attract and retain supporters, as well as aligning event partners with broader Society cultivation efforts to grow revenue impact through and beyond events. 10% Monitors fundraising progress and expenses against budget and benchmarks, proactively adjusting strategies to exceed financial goals, and optimize return on investment. 10% Effectively convenes and coordinates the different contributors to event success - marketing, coordinator support, etc. 10% Champions community presence and brand elevation, positioning events to deepen public interest and engagement. 10%
