Requirements

• 5+ years in social, branding, or advertising design
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design system
• Experience working within established brand playbooks in a production environment
• Portfolio that shows both campaign thinking and system level execution
• Comfortable moving fast in high volume, iterative workflows
• Sharp eye for detail and visual consistency across every format

Responsibilities

• Respond to campaign briefs and create social assets that translate brand strategy into visuals people actually stop to look at
• Adapt work across formats and platforms without losing the creative thread
• Partner with strategy and motion to move campaigns from brief to final delivery
• Keep design systems and shared libraries sharp so the whole team moves faster
• Show up in reviews with clear thinking and useful feedback
• Own your workload so nothing falls behind
