About The Position

We’re seeking a Creative Designer (Mid-Level) / Art Director to lead creative direction and execute high-quality design across digital channels. This role will own the majority of client creative needs, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across paid media, web, email, and brand deliverables. The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer with expertise in Figma and a deep understanding of performance-driven creative.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
  • Proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design across ads, web, and brand assets
  • Ability to lead creative direction while executing deliverables independently
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven design and its impact on engagement and conversion
  • Experience designing for platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and display networks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • High attention to detail, including QA processes and file management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with animation, motion graphics, or video editing
  • Experience supporting web design, landing pages, or UI concepts
  • Familiarity with high-velocity creative environments and performance marketing teams

Responsibilities

  • Own creative direction across client campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, channel best practices, and performance goals
  • Develop creative concepts, visual themes, and campaign approaches in collaboration with the content team
  • Design and deliver digital assets including paid social ads, display ads, landing page visuals, email graphics, infographics, and presentations
  • Build and maintain Figma files, templates, and scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborate with paid media, SEO/content, account, and analytics teams to align creative with strategy
  • Manage multiple creative projects, ensuring deadlines, organization, and quality standards are met
  • Ensure all assets meet platform requirements, formatting standards, and internal QA processes
  • Stay up to date with design trends, platform requirements, and performance creative best practices
  • Support web and landing page design needs, including layouts, wireframes, and UI elements (nice to have)
  • Create or edit motion graphics and short-form video content for digital channels (nice to have)
