The Senior Professional, Creative Development work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Humana is evolving its marketing organization to better acquire and engage members through data-driven, technology-enabled, and personalized communications and the creative and content produced by the in-house agency team known as the Hive, is a vital part of this transformation. The Senior Designer (internally known as a Senior Professional, Creative Development), plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of marketing communications for the Humana Inc. brand portfolio. This position demands a deep understanding of brand strategy, advanced writing skills and business acumen to develop content that supports key organizational objectives. You will utilize data analysis to inform creative decisions and emerging technology to develop creative concepts, integrated campaigns and brand expression across all media. As a steward of the brand identity, you will drive strategic differentiation, brand consistency, and quality standards across channels, acting as a strategic advisor and creative partner to internal and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires advanced presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and the judgment to incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining the integrity of the work.
