Radish Lab is a purpose-driven creative agency shaping stories and sharpening brands for organizations improving the world. We specialize in web design, strategy, and branding for nonprofits and foundations. Our clients include the New York Community Trust, UNICEF, the American Cancer Society, and (RED). Right now we're working with organizations fighting for reproductive autonomy, making the case for affordable housing policy, and rethinking what early childhood education can look like. We believe good design is clear, simple, and fun. And we believe that good design has the power to move you, and the people you do business with. We're a certified B Corporation, held accountable for meeting the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. About You You're comfortable moving between visual worlds rather than defaulting to a single aesthetic. You enjoy the problem-solving side of project work as much as the design itself: the tradeoffs, the constraints, the conversations about what's possible and how to get there. You love Figma, and it shows. You get excited about new features. Your files are clean, well-structured, and a pleasure for other people to open. Components, variables, styles, auto-layout: this is your native language. This matters to us a lot. You're a scrappy problem solver with great taste. You stay curious about what's happening in design and technology, bring that into the work, and share it with the team. As Senior Designer you'll report to our Creative Director and be at the center of Radish's creative work from concept through delivery. We're a team of 12: designers, developers, strategists, and project managers. Small enough that you'll have a real say in how we work and how we improve, but taking on projects with the scope and complexity of much larger agencies. At any given time, you'll likely be working across two to three client projects in different stages: one in early concepting, another deep in design production, another in developer handoff. Some projects are large organizational websites that span months. Others are tighter brand sprints or work for existing clients. The pace varies, but the constant is that you're the lead designer on the work, with the Creative Director as your close collaborator and a project manager keeping things on track.
