About The Position

The Senior Designer will be responsible for driving the development of visually dynamic presentation decks, brand campaigns, and co-branded marketing assets. As a key member of the Creative team, this role collaborates closely with the Marketing Partnerships group to translate partnership concepts and opportunities into impactful pitch materials and strategic visual storytelling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on presentation design and storytelling
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually engaging presentation decks using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Experience designing marketing partnerships, sponsorships, or B2B sales materials preferably within the sports, entertainment, or media.
• Proven experience leading full campaigns and assignments end to end.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional print design, digital design, branding, deck desig n, and typography skills.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and conceptual skills, with the ability to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
• Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and contribute wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact presentations that clearly communicate partnership value propositions for brand clients and prospects
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams to develop visually compelling pitch decks, recaps, and case studies
• Create cohesive visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and enhance storytelling across all presentation materials
• Develop custom graphics, layouts, iconography, logo lockups, plus digital and print marketing assets to support partnership strategies and activations
• Translate complex marketing concepts, data, and insights into clear, engaging, and digestible visual formats.
• Balance quick-turn presentation requests with long-term creative projects supporting major brand campaigns.
• Contribute to the creative direction of new partnership concepts and bring ideas to life visually for client-facing materials
