We’re looking for a Senior Designer with 7+ years of experience in retail design, with a focus on private label. This role will lead creative execution across product and packaging design, guiding a team of designers to deliver elevated, trend-driven collections that align with retailer aesthetics and market needs. The ideal candidate is a versatile creative who can think strategically, execute with precision, and inspire others through strong design leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a Senior or Art Director role
  • Strong background in retail or agency environments, with private label experience preferred
  • Exceptional graphic design skills including print, pattern, color, and typography
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative

Responsibilities

  • Lead product design development for private label retail collections, with additional focus on packaging design
  • Oversee visual direction and ensure creative alignment across multiple client aesthetics
  • Concept and execute designs that are both trend-aware and strategically grounded
  • Mentor and manage junior designers, providing clear feedback and direction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Prepare mechanical and production-ready files for factory partners
  • Monitor market trends and translate them into relevant, elevated design concepts
  • Maintain a high level of craft and consistency across all deliverables
