Requirements

• Educational Background: A degree in Interior Design (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: At least 8 years in commercial interior design and 4+ years in a management role are preferred.
• Leadership & Vision: Proven ability to lead teams, foster growth, and manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Champion Company Culture: As a leader, you'll embody CI Select's core values and will instill these values within the team.
• Lead & Develop a Dynamic Team: You'll recruit, hire, and train a professional design team, supporting their career development through regular guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities.
• Drive Design Excellence: Guide your team on design projects, ensuring every project aligns with CI Select's high standards and brand, from bidding and budgeting to final execution.
• Streamline Processes: Continually assess and implement new procedures to make our team and process more efficient, elevating service standards across departments.
• Innovate & Collaborate: Stay connected to industry trends and collaborate with manufacturers to bring the newest and most innovative products to our clients.
