Position Summary: The Senior Dental Laboratory Technologist is critical in bridging clinical excellence with Advanced laboratory techniques. The position requires a highly educated and skilled professional with both manual artistry and digital mastery. The H-1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified international candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology or related field from an accredited institution (foreign equivalent acceptable).
  • Previous experience in a high-level dental lab technician role with expertise in both manual and digital prosthetic fabrication.
  • Advanced experience with CAD/CAM systems such as 3Shape or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in the use of advanced dental lab equipment, including milling machines (VHF and Roland for dry milling; Roland for EMAX wet milling), 3D printers (Asiga), etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high precision.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple, complex cases simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with dental professionals and lab team members.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in a rapidly evolving field.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for complex restorations and repairs.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to be physically mobile (stand, walk, reach, climb, bend) for extended periods.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to operate specialized dental lab equipment.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in a similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Make All-on-4 custom trays, verification jigs, conversion dentures for All-on-4, flexi, partial, immediate dentures, flippers, acrylic partials, soft night guard, mouthguards and whitening trays. Denture relines and repairs. Perform all stages of the prosthetic process.
  • Integrate digital workflows (e.g., 3D printing, milling) alongside manual techniques to ensure the highest-quality dental appliances.
  • Use advanced lab equipment, including 3D printers, milling machines and furnaces.
  • Use CAD/CAM, 3Shape, designing prosthesis like All-on-4, crowns, bridges, dentures, night guards, immediate loading for implants, custom trays and models. Work with Zirconia and PMMA models.
  • Work closely with dentists and other dental lab technicians to create and implement restorative and cosmetic dental solutions based on patient needs and prescriptions.
  • Ensure that all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and patient safety protocols.
  • Perform final inspections of completed dental appliances to ensure they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized lab environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Provide guidance to lab technicians and staff on advanced lab processes and digital techniques.
  • Maintain meticulous records of lab processes, cases, and materials for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
