Requirements

Experience in supply and demand planning – 5 years

Nice To Haves

Preferred BA/BS degree, APICS certification and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and/or other Supply Chain Planning or Continuous Improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

Create accurate demand plan to support beverage components and other behind the bar item.
Compare demand plans to business and financial plans to determine gaps and recommend supply chain execution to support the risks and opportunities of these gaps in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Lead cross-functional process meetings and improvements to support limited time offerings and core components to help build a better forecast

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
