Summary: Senior Technology Program delivery lead responsible for managing, planning, remediation, financial and risk management of the End of Life technology program within International Technology and Global Payment Solutions Technology (ITGPST) Work across ITGPST to define and execute processes and governance routines to proactively manage End of Life Technology Identify and document risks associated with EOL, develop actions plans to address gaps and ensure effective execution of deliverables Facilitate bi-lateral communication between enterprise groups and technology teams to resolve remediation challenges Track and report on status against Plans generating working reports for team members and executive level status for senior leaders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical delivery lead, technical program manager, or similar position
  • Ability to clearly articulate and translate key information, concepts, processes, and deliverables obtained from SMEs and executives into presentations, publications, or other documentation
  • Ability to translate process and business control requirements and align them to our strategic outcomes and deliverables
  • Ability to challenge others with positive intent to drive the best possible outcomes
  • Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills that facilitate productive relationships with others
  • Strong Microsoft office skills are imperative
  • Excellent planning skills including the ability to take initiative and ownership for work as well as prioritize the work to meet critical deadlines
  • A strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail, good listening skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Approaches challenges and team dynamics with a proactive and positive work style
