About The Position

E-logic is hiring a Senior Database Architect to lead the design and implementation of database solutions for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC) critical Personnel and Payroll Systems Division (PPSD) applications. This role requires a comprehensive knowledge base to tackle high-impact assignments.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in database design, architecture, and modeling for mission-critical systems.
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead major technology assignments related to enterprise database architecture.
• Design, plan, and model complex database systems to support application development and operational efficiency.
• Define database standards, security policies, data governance, and performance tuning strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on data migration, warehousing, and disaster recovery.
