About The Position

Our company is looking for a senior DBA to supports secure and compliant database engineering, data integrity, and enterprise validation to reduce legacy errors and lead data migration from a legacy system into a modernized environment.

This is a remote position with the possibility of some onsite work.

Requirements

• Experience managing enterprise databases supporting production systems.
• ​​​​​​​Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• Be a US citizen
• An active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain an enterprise-grade database aligned to STIG requirements.
• Implement mandatory field validation and data integrity controls.
• ​​​​​​​Support sustainment activities, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• ​​​​​​​Ensure performance/scalability for high-sensitivity personnel data.
• Oversee DoD standards regarding compliance and data integrity throughout the rebuild lifecycle.
