Operating at the intersection of engineering execution, technical leadership, and delivery management, the Senior Technical Program Manager position ensures successful implementation of data solutions and capabilities that support enterprise initiatives. The role works closely with solution architects, data architects, program managers, engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure technical delivery aligns with both business outcomes and technology standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with large, complex enterprise environments, preferably in financial services or regulated industries

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Translate architecture designs into detailed technical implementation plans for engineering teams
  • Coordinate activities across engineering teams, architects, and program stakeholders
  • Develop and manage program plans, delivery milestones, and execution roadmaps
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams within Data Management across engineering, architecture, governance, and business teams
  • Clearly communicate program objectives, progress, and challenges to both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Translate technical delivery progress into business outcomes and strategic value
  • Promote consistent program management practices across data initiatives
