Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in data warehousing, data engineering, or related roles
Hands-on experience with modern data warehouse platforms such as BW/4HANA or Datasphere
Experience with custom data warehouse technologies and architecture design
Proficiency with GIT for version control and collaborative development
Experience delivering reporting and dashboard solutions
Experience with Oracle data warehouse tools
Experience writing stored procedures and working with relational databases
Experience developing and maintaining Linux scripts
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement)

Nice To Haves

Experience with BI2025 or similar enterprise analytics initiatives
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and dashboard development
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modernization strategies
Experience supporting large-scale production environments

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for the data warehouse environment, ensuring stability and performance of the current production landscape
Collaborate with functional and business teams to define requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
Lead the design, development, and optimization of data warehouse architectures and data models
Support and guide the transition to future-state architecture, including modernization initiatives
Develop and manage data pipelines, integrations, and transformations across platforms
Utilize version control (GIT) to manage code, track changes, and support team collaboration
Design and deliver reporting and dashboard solutions using modern analytics tools
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained
Support testing cycles including QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; assess severity and escalate when needed
Participate in an extended support rotation, including nights and weekends, as required
Document technical designs, processes, and standards
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
