About The Position

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in data science and advanced analytical modeling techniques, including machine learning and statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau to communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of data sources, quality assessment, and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL systems.
  • Ability to develop, test, validate, and deploy scalable analytical models aligned with business objectives.
  • Solid understanding of business domains to translate requirements into actionable data-driven solutions.
  • Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis.
  • Develop, test, and deploy advanced analytical models using programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor junior team members on modeling techniques and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Support scalability and sustainability of deployed models through continuous evaluation and tuning.
