You will design, architect, and optimize scalable and secure data pipelines leveraging BODS, Informatica IICS, SQL, Oracle and modern data platforms. You will lead a team, drive technical best practices, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver critical data solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in ETL tools (BODS, Informatica IICS) and SQL (Oracle, Netezza, Teradata).
  • Hands-on experience in data architecture, modeling (Dimensional & Relational) , and optimization.
  • Advanced performance tuning for large-scale pipelines and DB objects.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, BigQuery, Redshift) .
  • Strong leadership skills to guide a small team of engineers.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the Financial Services domain is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and lead the development of complex data integration pipelines for EDW, ODS, and Data Marts.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Lead impact analysis, design reviews, and release management for data engineering projects.
  • Own performance optimization of ETL pipelines, SQL queries, and database objects.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, manage deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of cloud-based solutions (Snowflake, AWS) and automation for data workflows.
  • Partner with Product Owners to align delivery with business goals and PI objectives.
  • Provide L3 technical support for production incidents.
