About The Position

A Market Access Business Technology Solutions organization is seeking hands‑on Senior Data & Graph Technology Architects to rapidly onboard and help build an enterprise‑grade Knowledge Graph + AI/LLM–enabled platform. This platform will support Market Access field teams and downstream Commercial operations. These architects will play a critical role in delivering , contributing to a new solution that integrates: A Neo4j‑based knowledge graph An LLM‑powered chatbot / conversational interface Market Access and Patient Access‑compliant data Backend services, metadata systems, and logging frameworks A field‑facing interface that delivers graph‑driven insights The ideal candidates are high‑caliber, Senior technologists who are highly hands‑on, can explore complex data independently, and deliver meaningful progress quickly in an agile, iterative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience across the AWS ecosystem (e.g., DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, API Gateway).

  • Previous contributions to enterprise LLM or ChatGPT‑based pilots or prototypes.
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced MVP environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement Neo4j‑based knowledge graph structures supporting Market Access and Patient Access use cases.
  • Ingest, model, and connect complex pharmaceutical datasets (patients, coverage, contracts, benefits, services, and GTN components).
  • Design and optimize graph schemas, nodes, relationships, metadata layers, indexing strategies, and query performance.
  • Integrate multiple knowledge sources while ensuring data correctness, lineage, traceability, and compliance with enterprise data standards.
  • Design and integrate LLM‑powered chatbot and assistant workflows layered on top of the knowledge graph.
  • Implement prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and domain‑specific optimization.
  • Partner with enterprise AI teams to ensure alignment with established frameworks, guardrails, and compliance requirements.
  • Build backend services that interface with graph databases, LLM systems, and field‑facing applications.
  • Implement logging, observability, and metadata solutions, potentially leveraging AWS‑native services.
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and enrich data from cloud data platforms and other enterprise sources.
  • Rapidly understand and map complex Patient Services and Market Access datasets, including:
  • Coverage, benefits, and payer data
  • Contracting, co‑pay, and rebate structures
  • Access and affordability programs
  • Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) components
  • Apply domain knowledge to design accurate graph relationships and AI‑driven workflows.
  • Operate at high velocity, delivering visible progress on a daily basis.
  • Participate in daily standups, design sessions, and technical reviews.
  • Own work end‑to‑end—from design through implementation and testing.
  • Proactively identify gaps, ask the right questions, and recommend solutions without needing direction.
