  • Support the design and optimization of scalable, high-performance data workflows on Databricks using Delta Lake and Unity Catalog.
  • Partner with Data Product and Value Stream teams to translate business needs into data models, semantic layers, and shared data assets.
  • Implement data quality checks, CI/CD pipelines, and version control processes across analytics engineering initiatives.
  • Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and best practices.
  • Document data lineage, metadata, and access patterns to promote discoverability, trust, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams on AWS services, Databricks, and DevOps tooling to support scalable and automated processing.
  • Promote a product-thinking mindset in the development and delivery of analytics-ready datasets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and modernize existing data architecture and infrastructure.
  • Advocate for and promote best practices in data architecture, governance, and data management across the organization.
