About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide data solutions that support analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives. This role will drive data strategy and architecture across departments including Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern data platforms, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for leveraging data to enable business transformation. Requirements

Proven track record in enterprise data architecture, data warehouse design, and BI solution development.
Proficiency in Power Platform tools, such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Deep expertise with cloud platforms (Azure is a must), and modern data architectures (data lakes, data mesh, etc.).
Strong knowledge of ETL and data integration tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory. Nice-to-haves would be familiarity with Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Hands-on experience managing data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Solid understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning workflows, including LLM integration, is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to align technical solutions with business needs is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–10+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, and business intelligence.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with non-technical audiences.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to work onsite in Chandler, AZ, Hollister, CA, or remote as needed.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AI and machine learning workflows, including LLM integration, is a plus.
Certifications in Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of robust, scalable data architectures to support business intelligence, analytics, and AI.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, reports, and automations using tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Proactive and collaborative stakeholder management to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes integrating data from multiple sources into centralized repositories.
Define and implement best practices in data governance, metadata management, and data quality monitoring.
Ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and security in compliance with organizational standards.
Stay current on emerging data technologies, trends, and methodologies including cloud data platforms (Azure), data lakes, mesh, and large language models (LLMs).
Support business partners in leveraging data assets for reporting, machine learning, and AI-driven decisions.
Provide training, documentation, and support to business users and analysts.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize data performance, usability, and operational efficiency.
