OGC is a boutique research and consulting agency specializing in data-driven strategy, market research, analytics, and Customer Experience (CX) program design. They partner with some of the world’s leading organizations across industries including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality, and Software, helping them turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insights. The agency is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in a client-embedded capacity, supporting a large, global organization’s Customer Experience function. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, navigating complex data environments, and translating business questions into clear, data-backed answers. You will act as a dedicated data partner to business leaders, supporting ongoing data requests as well as proactive analysis. This role sits at the intersection of data exploration, stakeholder engagement, and CX strategy, requiring both strong technical skills and business understanding. You’ll work across multiple data sources bringing together operational and feedback data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and support decision-making. This is a remote, full-time role aligned with US East Coast hours.
