Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a closely related field with 5 years of experience OR Masters Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a closely related field with 3 years of experience
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools, including Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with programming tools such as Python, SQL, and R.
  • Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large data sets and use numerical information to develop business strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading data-driven projects or initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a closely related field with 3 years of experience (preferred)
  • Experience working across multiple ERP systems, including SAP ECC with exposure to Kinaxis Rapid Response or Maestro preferred
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management is a plus.
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team to extract and analyze data related to the new planning tool and generate process optimization strategies.
  • Implement data quality monitoring using Snowflake and Power BI to swiftly address and rectify data issues.
  • Design and automate Data Quality Dashboards to visualize data profiling and collision analysis results for stakeholders.
  • Lead improvement initiatives for IBP Data Quality, including setting objectives, executing plans, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.
  • Identify and validate data sources and create detailed reports and presentations to summarize findings and inform IBP decision-making.
  • Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, through presentations and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Lead or participate in data-driven projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. (with the ability to manage project timeline, sprints, and weekly status reporting via Azure DevOps “ADO”)
  • Apply best practices in data governance and data management to ensure data integrity and compliance.
