About The Position

As a Senior Data Analyst supporting our Drone Delivery Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and optimizing our portfolio. You'll lead strategic analyses that uncover performance insights across product and operations, driving data-informed decisions and identifying new opportunities to deliver customer value. You will focus on product and operational performance to surface actionable insights and guide strategic direction. These insights will help you to develop compelling narratives that communicate the impact and trajectory of our products, enabling key decisions throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product, finance, and operations. You'll design and execute test-and-learn initiatives to validate hypotheses and inform our product evolution. Your work will directly influence how we innovate, scale, and deliver exceptional experiences through drone delivery. This is an onsite role based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas; a full relocation package can be made available, but we are not considering remote applicants for this opportunity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics, strategy, or business intelligence, with a proven track record of influencing product decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with platforms like BigQuery, GCP, or Snowflake
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, experimentation design, and predictive modeling
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and product strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and executive audiences
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Option 3: 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support product planning cycles with data-backed recommendations on feature development, pricing, and positioning
  • Analyze product performance to identify opportunities, root cause, and sunset candidates
  • Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success across lifecycle stages
  • Measure impact and provide actionable recommendations to accelerate growth and improve user experience
  • Develop strategic insights for senior leadership to guide roadmap prioritization and investment decisions
  • Develop frameworks to evaluate product-market fit, customer adoption, and ROI
  • Collaborate with Data Science and other teams to build reporting and models that inform product strategy and customer behavior
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives that influence product strategy and executive decision-making
  • Build dashboards and presentations that highlight product performance, competitive benchmarks, and strategic opportunities
  • Influence adoption of strategic metrics across product teams and influence decision-making through data
  • Recommend experimentation initiatives to test new product features, pricing models, and customer engagement strategies
  • Measure impact and provide actionable recommendations to accelerate growth and improve user experience
