About The Position

GrowthHub is a new platform designed to help ATS employees unlock their full potential. GrowthHub provides personalized insights into skills and recommended growth opportunities tailored to each individuals unique journey in ATS. ATS is building this platform to invest in individual development and ensure employees have the resources and support to achieve their career aspirations. In GrowthHub, employees will be able to validate their skills, add new skills, choose where they want to grow, build their own growth plan, and equip themselves to proactively evolve their skills for future ATS initiatives. The Senior Data/AI Engineer will architect and implement advanced data infrastructure and AI models to enable scalable and intelligent solutions across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, data engineering, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Significant experience in data engineering and machine learning model development.
  • Proficiency with Python, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with modern analytics and workflow tools such as Power BI, MixPanel, Snowflake, Databricks, Jira Cloud, Jira Align, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and AI/ML models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to operationalize machine learning solutions.
  • Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval systems for performance and scalability.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and AI system issues.
